Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Almās mobile application, operated by Best Assistance Group LTD ("we", "our", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Almās is a premium membership application limited to 500 members per country. Membership is obtained through a one-time payment processed via Apple In-App Purchase. Your membership is permanent and does not require renewal.

Each member receives a unique, sequential membership number that cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Membership numbers 001, 002, and 003 are permanently reserved and will never be assigned.

Payment

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The membership fee is a one-time, non-recurring charge. Apple's standard terms and conditions for In-App Purchases apply.

If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your purchase at no additional cost using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app settings.

Member status

Your membership status (Founding, Platinum, Gold, or Elite) is determined by your membership number at the time of purchase and cannot be changed. This status is permanent and reflects your position among the 500 available memberships.

Referral program

Members may earn honorary badges by referring new members. These badges are separate from your membership status and do not affect your membership number or rank. Referral badges are honorary distinctions only and carry no monetary value.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the app (photos, bio, profile information). By uploading content, you grant Almās a non-exclusive license to display this content within the app and on your public member page.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes on any third-party rights.

Business cards

Business card templates provided within the app are for personal and professional use by the member. The Almās logo and branding elements on the business cards remain the property of Best Assistance Group LTD.

Members directory

Participation in the members directory is optional (opt-in). By enabling your directory listing, you agree that other Almās members can view your profile information.

Messaging

The in-app messaging feature allows members to communicate with each other. You must not use messaging for spam, harassment, solicitation, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend messaging privileges for violations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate these terms. In case of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. As membership purchases are processed through Apple, refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Limitation of liability

Almās is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
